Delivery Notice

The purpose of the delivery order is to protect all parties involved.

If there is any damage or breakage to the goods, please take photos on the spot as evidence, count the quantity of the parcel, and immediately contact our customer service. (Be sure to indicate this on the Delivery Order (DO), including the truck plate number and driver's signature).

Once the DO are signed off, it considered that the goods have been received without any issues. To avoid disputes, please inspect the percel before signing for them.
